Excerpts from
T h e   B h a g v a d   G i t a
Transalation by Dilip Kumar Roy

4.16

Even the wise are often at a loss
To know what is right action and what is wrong.
So I'll impart to you the knowledge which
Shall deliver you from all perils and misconceptions.

7.1

Listen, friend, how by practising the Yoga
With a mind engrossed in me and leaning on
Me as the ulitmate and divine ground
You may know me integrally with certitude.

7.2

I'll reveal to you in full the recondite
Wisdom which, once known, there remains, my friend,
Nothing more to be known here in this world.

7.3

Among thousands of men only a handful
Aspire to the light and among those who strive
And arrive only a few know me in my essence.
